Operations Manager

Evelyn plays a key role in ensuring our clients receive timely, seamless service from start to finish. With a background in management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she brings a strong foundation in customer service, team coordination, and process improvement.
Evelyn acts as the bridge between our clients and accounting staff by streamlining communication, improving turnaround time, and optimizing internal workflows. She’s passionate about refining systems, solving problems, and using data to enhance both client experience and firm operations. She’s also an avid researcher of tax law and industry best practices, constantly looking for ways to better support clients and team efficiency.
Outside of work, Evelyn enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs and reading.
